Hello,

I'm Carole Link, mother and grandmother, church and choir member then Realtor.  I'm originally from Michigan where I obtained an AA Degree in business.  I've been helping people find homes for 22 years and love what I do.  I've seen huge fluxuations in interest rates, home prices and motivation, both up and down.  There are cycles in this business you can be guaranteed of and thankfully, we have bottomed out  (usually a 2 year time frame)and are on the rise again (usually lasts 10-15 years). 

I came to Atlanta in 1978 after researching seven other major cities.  I wrote the Chamber of Commerce and they were the only city to give me specific answers, not just boiler plate phamphlets.   I asked and they told me the  financial promises and results of the past ten years, what was planned for the next tens years, how many of the (at that time important) Fortune 500 Companies were at least regionally located here.  Atlanta, has always succeeded in growing financially, residentially and securely.  Few cities have weathered this last economic situation as has Atlanta.  We are not part of the 14% loss of home values as are many other cities.  Atlanta is a sound investment.

I specialize in the Northern part of the city, Cobb, Cherokee and North Fulton. I've been with ReMax for 17 of my 22 years as a Realtor.  I've been a top producer since my first year when I was Rookie of the Year and made Million Dollar Club immediately.  For my Buyers II keep up with schools, trends and costs.  For my Sellers, where is the best place to put money in your home when selling and, I market worldwide.
